Advent Calendar- Day 7

Feeling evening more Christmassy today- Christmas shopping, A girly gathering for food, mulled wine and games this afternoon and watching Christmas films on dvd this evening. It still feels a little strange though as it's 34 degrees outside!

Hope you like the photo- This was taken near Boone/ Banner Elk, North Carolina, the morning after an ice storm- I've never experienced anything like it- It was so beautiful to look at, but scary all at the same time:)

Have a look at my Saturday snaps for some more pics.
See you tomorrow x

  5. Such a beautiful photo Amanda. I hated ice storms when I lived in America, but they did produce some amazing sights like the twigs in your photos. xx

  6. Lovely, we always have a hot Christmas, it would be strange to have a cold one.
