Saturday Snaps

: A photograph, each Saturday- Quirky or Serious?, Fun or Interesting?, Real or Abstract?

Life's ebbs and flows- It doesn't take long for the tide to turn, for the sea to shift sands or for moods to change. I was looking for a calm and tranquil picture, to try and still my mind ready for the start of the weekend. I was stressed, a little ratty, feeling a little out of sorts and more than a little frustrated.

But then something changed- some good friends, a pleasant evening, a glass of red wine, an email from home - and once again- all seems right with the world. Sometimes the most unexpected occasions turn into the most pleasant ones, sometime the right words and the right company change your whole outlook. Just like the tide- it doesn't take much to turn- Just wait for a little bit of time and before long - you're heading in a whole different direction:)

Have a good weekend,
Amanda x

    1. Thank you, it was just something small that annoyed me- but sometimes that's all it takes, but surprisingly it was the image that made me think- rather than find an image to go with what i was thinking- If that all makes sense:)
