Here goes- A few days late- but better late than never. Linking up with Greenthumb at Made with Love and taking part in the photo scavenger hunt. Individual photos are here- but I've also made a few mosaics- as I couldn't decide which photos to post (What's New?) so you can see them Here or by clicking on my tab at the top! I apologise now if you have had Singapore overload recently- Because there's a few in here too!
Lines- Lots of lovely lines in the ceiling in the ION building, Orchard Rd, Singapore
Aqua- One of my favourite colours in one of my favourite things- Sea Glass
Lots of colourful washing hanging on a house fence in the local village.
Construction- Had quite a few for this one- But loved the colours of all these construction signs as they were working on expanding a new road.
Four- Lane number four at the running track in Bangkok- it was torrential rain at the time!
Something Patriotic- I really struggled with this one to start with- as I was thinking along the lines of being patriotic to Britain- Until it suddenly dawned on me that it didn't have to be me that was patriotic- Hence the T shirt- Proud to be a Singaporean.
Broken- a sign for a broken escalator
Map- The Singapore MRT line map
Keys- Not a very clear shot but a lot of keys waiting to be cut.
Door- This was an easy one for me- as you all know I take loads of door photos- but I loved the contrasting colours and the wall art painted near the edge of the building.
Skyline- Singapore Skyline taken at dusk from Marina Bay Sands. The clouds look really heavy and it looked like it was going to rain big time! About an hour later it did!
Flags- We had the Malaysian elections recently- I have never and I repeat never, seen so many flags- They lined every road throughout the city.
Hope you enjoyed these. Why don't you have a look at the other page too :)

DeleteHi Amanda! This is a great collection of photographs! I happened to click on your profile and discovered that you live in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. That's one place I have longed to go. I have made it to Sarawak and Kuching some years ago, but my husband was worried about the unrest in Sabah, so we didn't go. :( As for your Sing pictures ~ I really enjoyed them. I'll have to go to your blog and check more out (I'm behind in everything having just come home from a good vacation). I've been in and out of Singapore a number of times and love it. I've been all over the MRT line, so your picture brought back memories! What fun!
ReplyDeleteHey, nice to meet you, Kutching and Sarawak are lovely aren't they? Glad the Singapore ones brought back some nice memories. You'll find a few more at various postings and more to come I'm sure. Thanks for stopping by :)
DeleteI love beautiful doors and I especially like them when they're bright red like the one on your photo :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks Paula- I have an obsession with doors and windows photos!
