Keeping with the animal theme- a hermit crab found itself a rather unusual new home!

    That photo is brilliant! Is that crab very big or is the thing it's trying to get inside just very small? Great shot though. x

      He was quite big- about 4 inches- maybe more, the tubing was obviously his new home-He'll leave it and move onto a bigger house when it gets too small.

      I don't know whether this was design or default- Hermit crabs do tend to find new shells to grow into, but I don't think this what he had in mind- he seemed to be quite happy crawling about on the beach though:)
